Breath work: This is the quickest and simplest why to calm the nervous system and bring awareness to the present moment.
Bed time routine: Without quality sleep, all is lost. Let's improve upon this with a simple ritual.
Mindful walks: Nature is healing and this practice gives rise to improved joy and creativity.
Reading: Knowledge is power and reading an inspiring book will help your clients continue in the right direction.
Affirmations: Positive self talk improves our confidence, happiness, and overall health. Finish strong with this practice.
Goal setting: Gaining clarity on goals and vision bring awareness to what needs to get done.
Mindful habits: Bring awareness to bad habits and strategically set your client up to develop a solid healthy habit.
Rituals: You know that consistent daily actions leads to the greatest results. Help you client see this too.
Journaling: Proven time and time again to be effective in reducing stress and anxiety and improving one's sense of self awareness and purpose.
Grow your knowledge: Learning new things is key to improving and maintaining our cognitive abilities and has shown to improve happiness.
Hydrate: Yes, being well hydrated means more energy, less toxic build up, and improved mental clarity.
Meditation and mindset: Let's give your clients a chances to clear their mind and improve their focus on what is most important.
Reflect and revise: Many of your clients goals will have been met during this eight week challenge. Allow them to reflect and set new goals to continue on their journey.
The BIG 3: This method of setting three daily tasks, focusing on the big hitters rather than a lengthy to-do list, makes the most challenging tasks manageable.
Delete, Automate, Delegate: Let's filter through those daily and weekly tasks and simplify.
Design your space: Physical clutter causes mental exhaustion. A well organized space brings clarity.
Batch and consolidate: Rather than repeating like tasks separately, batch these tasks together to save so much time.

Substitution: Sometimes breaking old habits means you need to bring in the subs. Learn different methods of substitution for habit change.
Accountability: Now it is time to be sure your clients find accountability past the challenge. This might mean future work with you!
Feed Posts: Posts that can live on your feed so that your dream clients see how to join your challenge and can come back to your post, and future clients can see all of the work you have done in the past.
Story Posts: Get the attention of those scrolling stories and build excitement around your offers!
Captivating Captions: Let these prewritten captions do the selling for you, so that you can get more participants with less effort. These captions touch on the desires your clients feel and the transformations they wish to see from your challenge.
